メールが届かない

ドロップボックス内のフォルダを共有したいので「共有」ボタンを押して招待するメールアドレスを入力したが、該当のメール側が受信をしないのでフォルダの共有ができない。 サーバーにも溜まっていず、迷惑メールにも入っていない。信頼できる差出人のリストにも追加したがそれでも受信ができない。対象のメールアドレスが入っているPCはwin10。 招待をしたＰＣでは対象フォルダのメンバーには該当のメールアドレス...

共有機能を使うにはメールアドレスの確認が完了している必要があります。受け取り者さんがこの操作を完了しているか確認してください:gear:

この操作が完了すれば、Dropboxからの通知を受信できる状態となり、共有フォルダをアカウントに追加出来ます:books:
