返金をお願いします

3ヶ月分 (１ヶ月2600円)合計7800円分の身に覚えのない制球が届いていました。アプリの使用も サブスクの登録も全く心当たりがありません。返金対応よろしくお願い致します。

覚えのない請求が発生すると理解しております。

お客様は iOS モバイル デバイス上の App Store でアップグレードを行われたようです。

App Store のお支払い処理の仕組みにより、Dropbox が iOS アプリ内課金に対して直接払い戻しを行うことはできません。Dropbox で承ることができるのは、Dropbox ウェブサイトから購入されたプランの返金に限られます。誠に申し訳ございませんが、返金は Apple にリクエストしていただく必要があります。
