Creating a 2FA qualified signature. Is this possible?
Hi,
I need to know how to create a 2FA when you send out documents for signature.
This is needed as the signature needs to be a 'qualified signature'.
What is the way to do this please?
Thank...

9 months agoHi GBV_123 let's jump right into this!
When we're referring to 2FA we're talking about a feature that provides an added layer of security to your Dropbox Sign account by requiring an extra step during the login process. Keep in mind that it's not document specific.
As for qualified signatures, have you taken a look into the relevant article here, to see if this suits your needs?

Hi!
No, I am not referring to the 2FA to login to your account, but when you send out documents for signature.
Apparently, using the 2FA, the signatures will be recognised in a more legal way.
Looking at the article provided, it seems that you need to download the 'Qualified electronic signatures from Dropbox Sign' in order to obtain this?
Thank you.
