Expired link on Dropbox Sign. Why?

Why would my customer I sent a link to sign a document see a message that the link is expired? I just sent the link and I am still able to click on it and it opens.

    Hi NStephens, happy Wednesday!

When did you create the Sign link of the document that you then sent to your customer? Have you tried creating a new one, by any chance?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hello - any ideas on this? I just had another customer have this happen to them, yet many others can use the link with no problems.

The link was created last month, I do not want to delete - many customers use it with no problems
