Could you clarify how you're accessing your templates? Is it via the main Dropbox Sign page, or via the Signatures page?

 

This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay

Accessing the link to the template by signing into dropbox, going to templates and then copying the link to the template. The link is then emailed to the signatory.

    As some template features are available for certain paid plans, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for further assistance.

      Unfortunately it tells me I have to update my subscription if I want to contact support so that isnt an option.
