Invite limits on annual Standard Plan for signers?

Hi, I'm new here and haven't received any response from their support team. I was wondering if anyone has subscribed to the Standard Plan annually? Is there a limit on the number of invites that can be sent to signers?

Hi there Damia Amiruddin - thanks for posting on our Community!

Since you've already reached out to our support team, could you share your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system?

Also, can you clarify if you're referring to the Dropbox Standard plan or the Dropbox Sign Standard plan instead?

If it's the former, you'll have 3 signature requests per month, while if it's the latter, you'll have unlimited signature requests.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions.

      Hi Walter,

I don’t have a ticket number since I initially reached out to the sales team. I received an email confirmation saying, "We received your request and an expert on the Dropbox Sign team will be in touch with you shortly." However, since there wasn’t an available chat box to contact your sales or customer service team, I’m reaching out here as it seems like my only option.

I am referring to the Dropbox Sign Standard plan on an annual subscription at $25 per user. If I opt for this plan, will all three users have unlimited signature requests with no hidden fees? Additionally, I have a few more questions I’d like clarification on:

      1. Is there a limit on the number of invites per document? Can I send requests to more than 8 people in a single document?
      2. Can one email sign multiple times per document?
      3. Can other users see the documents uploaded by different users?
      4. Will we receive a copy of completed signed documents via email, or do we have to manually download them from the website?

I’d appreciate it if you could help clarify these so we can decide on the best plan.

      Thank you!

      Hi Walter,

I tried the free trial, and it states that only signing for yourself is unlimited. Does this mean signature requests are not actually unlimited?

I need a quick and clear confirmation on this. We have no issue with the pricing, but we need signature requests to be truly unlimited for a year if we pay annually.

Walter, Could you clarify the differences between the Standard and Business plans? We have five users and require unlimited sign requests. Which option would be the best fit for our needs? I’d appreciate your assistance and a prompt response at your earliest convenience.

When you say you tried the free trial, are you referring to a Dropbox plan or a Dropbox Sign plan instead Damia Amiruddin?

As for the plan you'll need, it sounds that the Dropbox Sign Standard and/or Premium plans would be the most suitable since they offer unlimited signature requests and multiple users.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any follow up questions.
