Missing signatures but it says the signers already signed
Some signatures are missing whenever we receive files from clients and it says they already signed all of the signature box.

It's what I see in the preview, the same browser the we use even before this started happening. Some files are good but some files have missing signatures. So we needed to resend it again for signatures. It's a little bit inconvenient for us and to our clients. Even when I download it, its the same thing. Some signatures are missing. I think it started a week ago.

Helllo Hannah,
We have submitted some few requests. I'm not sure where to find the ticket number that you mentioned.
Thank you

Once you reach out to the support team, an automated email should reach your email address, along with a ticket number.
Are you able to find that in the email of the account you used to reach out to support?

Hello Hannah.
Unfortunately the we can't login to the email that we used to send the tickets previously but we sent a new ticket just now, Ticket No. 22884290.
Thank you.
