hi there.
New phone, Samsung A52. OS updated to android 13.
App started, prompts to login. After entering credentials, appears system popup "Allow Dropbox to send you notifications?", screen starts blinking and becomes unresponsive -- can not tap on allow/don't. After switch to home screen (or other app) and back -- screen remains black. Phone is working, app doesn't. Other apps are able to request permissions.
Clearing cache or internal data does not help. Reinstall does not help. I'm receiving email "A new Android device just signed in to your Dropbox account bla-bla" every time after I try to login. Confirming "it's me", nothing changes, still no success.
I'm able to use dropbox via web on this phone or on other devices, problems only with this particular phone app.
Also tried switch from wifi to mobile network, enable/disable VPN -- nothing changed.

Are you on a Basic plan? If so, would it be possible that you have more than 3 devices linked to your Dropbox account and that's why you're having trouble logging in to this one?

Are you on a Basic plan? If so, would it be possible that you have more than 3 devices linked to your Dropbox account and that's why you're having trouble logging in to this one?

Yes, I'm on a Basic Plan. And yes I have already 4 devices linked (3 PC and old phone). After unlinking third PC and phone login succeeded.

PS. Are developers aware of this situation? Proper error message in app would help a bit.
