Dropbox blocked on download

Dropbox blocked on download

My Dropbox Windows desktop application is failing to sync. It's been telling me for days that it needs to download 4544 files, but it's not doing it. It is stopped and tells me that the remaining time to do so is 2 or more days. My internet connection works fine, I have high speed fibre, and until a few days ago, everything worked OK. I simply wanted to change some folders to be "online only" and since then I have Dropbox blocked on download (it does upload files). Can you help me? Thanks a lot!

Hey @javiindy, how are you this Monday?

As a first step, can you let me know your app's version and syncing status?

Also, did the number of files decrease at all, or no?

Let me know, and we'll take it from there.

Hi Megan, thanks for your help. It looks like the issue has been resolved. I think there were some files that were blocking the process. Cheers and thanks again.
