Apps and Installations

I've got Dropbox installed on an M1 MacBook. After upgrading to Ventura 13.0 it brings up a notification. If I click on "Get started" and go through all the steps in the process it appears to work, but the notification never goes away, and doesn't have any method to manually remove it. I've tried restarting the Dropbox app, and restarting the whole computer. Neither make the notification go away.
Hi @Tak725, I just sent you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this. Reply back to me, and we'll take it from there.
Thanks!

Hello. More than a year passed, but my problem still exists. Whatever how many times I update Dropbox, that notification doesn't hide. Could anybody help me?
Hey @matovsky, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you let us know what happens when you click on either of the options shown in your screenshot?
Also, what is your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox desktop app installed on your computer as shown in your menu bar?

Hello.
It's macOS 13.5.2. Dropbox v183.4.7058
Let me explain what's happening here through screenshots.
After that again..
Thanks for the screenshots, @matovsky!
Can we log a ticket for you, and send it over here? I’d like our support team to investigate this further.

I keep getting annoying pop ups from dropbox requesting whether I want to update my app. If I reply "Yes", nothing occurs; if I reply "No" the pop up disappears but then it appears again and again and again
Hi @jeffco123, welcome to our Community!
Can you clarify if you use a MacOS or Windows OS on your device, please?
Just for clarification, if you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, are you still getting the same notification?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
