I can't install the Dropbox desktop app on my new MacBook Air

3 years agoDo you have any proxy, firewall, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
From which location are you trying to install the Dropbox desktop application?

No, I do not have it, no idea why I cant install it properly.
Does the dropbox team offer remote support for solving this issue?

Just to confirm, do you see the same thing, when installing through the offline installer as well, yanfei wu?

Step 1 install dropbox app (completed)
Step 2 login in with Email (completed)Step 3 Cancel to set up (completed)
Step 4 Setting up dropbox (cant complete)

Can you let us know your computer's OS version, please?
Also, can you ensure the host attempting to view Dropbox is configured for 32 bit color?
And is it possible that you're logging in through a remote session or a virtual machine?
