Hey Sunny7, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
It sounds like you had enabled our backup feature on the Dropbox application, when you had it installed.
This would have moved your desktop folders' paths to Dropbox.
Can you try the steps in this thread, to move the paths of the desktop folders that are now in Dropbox, back to their original locations, to see if that helps?
