My Dropbox no longer displays the Create button I need to create folders needed to upload files. It has worked until recently. I am a retiree volunteer on an extremely tight budget. I have no money to pay you to fix your own product. What am I supposed to do? Please help!

Hello @chartav
Helen from Dropbox here. Thanks for reaching out.

Can you kindly confirm, when you log into your Dropbox account and click on All Files, there is no ‘Create’ button at the top as per this image?

Clear your browser's cache/browsing history and try again, or try another browser. I'd also suggest trying in a browser with no extensions enabled, to make sure there's nothing interfering with the page.

Can I clarify what solved this issue? Clearing cache, using another browser or something that was emailed to you privately?
