3 years agoAre you having this issue only with Adobe Illustrator files on your Dropbox account? If you haven’t already, please try to test this by deleting a couple of other files to see if they’ll come back, as well.
Is there any chance that any of these files are currently open on a different device that’s linked to your account?

Thanks for the update, Dennis and thanks for your feedback about this issue.
Since you can see which user is the one re-creating the file, can you ask them to delete it from their own account, to see if that helps?
Also, if you click on your Dropbox icon, then on your initials/profile pic and then on "view sync issues", do you see anything reported there?

Its super weird as she is sitting right next to me, not even accessing that file and there is no sync issues.
I mean I can ask her to delete that files but what is point of using dropbox when I can't even delete files myself and can't even share or collaborate because of conflicted file problem?

It might have to do with a third party app; sometimes if a file is used by another app, it will re-appear, so it will need to be deleted from the computer it was originally added from.
Does it work if she does it?
