Excel file not syncing on my laptop

I have one excel file in my dropbox folder on my laptop that does not have the sync circle on it and it is not syncing with dropbox.  When I hover over the dropbox icon it shows that it is uploading ...

Is Excel open with that file? What happens if you close it?

    No I don't have the file open.  I have restarted the computer and and it still does the same thing.

      Hey misfor - can you try moving the file out of your Dropbox folder and then back in, or renaming it?
