Files accessible on the mobile app, but not accessible on desktop

Files accessible on the mobile app, but not accessible on desktop

I have saved my files on Dropbox mobile but I cant access it on desktop. 

It doesnt exist on desktop version but it's accessible on mobile version.

Any clue why?

Hey @WillWin, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.

 

The first thing to check, would be whether you have two different accounts, one on the mobile app and a second one on the desktop app.

 

You can see the email address on both to make sure, in the mobile app settings and the desktop app preferences respectively.

 

If both apps are linked to the same account, make sure to check if your files are available on our website, that means they are synced to your account.

 

And that also means that your desktop app has a syncing issue, which we can look into.

 

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there!
