How can I change the person that uploads files?

Could you clarify how they are going to upload files? Are you both part of the same shared folder?

Do they have your account credentials to account and login?

We upload the files after scanning in pdf.

If it's a shared folder, there there isn't anything to change. If they're a part of that folder, they can upload files from their own account into the folder directly.
