How can I save scanned documents into specific folders?

I need to be able to scan directly into shared files.  So far I can only manage to scan into my personal file.  Doesn't seem like much of a big deal because I could move the file from there, BUT when...

Is it possible to hide any personal info that may be showing on your screenshot, before posting it here? 

 

I’m asking because a visual would really help us, in this case.
