I have a folder in Drobox, it has been shared by someone else .
How can I track that folder, who has shared that folder or can we get the machine's IP address. How we can trace who has shared or access that folder?
Can you suggest here.
Hey @Prem Rana , thanks for posting your question to our Community!
If you click on the 'share' button next to the shared folder, you'll see a window with a 'who can access' option.
You should be able to see the names and email addresses of the people accessing the folder there.
Let me know if you have any questions.

@Hannah 🙂 Thanks for your attention, we are not using any business plan. we don't have any admin console.
we are using here common Dropbox. is there any other way to seek out further information.
Hey @Prem Rana , you don't need a Business account, in order to achieve what my colleague mentioned.
You can do this with any type of account.
On the left hand-side of the folder, there's a Share option next to the Copy link option. If you click there you should be able to follow Hannah's steps.
Keep in mind that you can see the email addresses, but not the IP address of people.
