Saving photos to Dropbox isn't working

I try to save photos to Dropbox but in spite of getting the 'saved to Dropbox' message the photos are never there! Over the past 2/3 years, nothing has been saved successfully to Dropbox. Frustrating to say the least! Grateful for any suggestions.

Are you saving the files via the Dropbox site or the mobile app?

 

Which OS or device are you currently using?
