When someone sends a jpg file from a Mac using a jpeg file extension, it’s not forwarded send to my Dropbox. If I change the extension to jpg, I get the file. Why do a this happen?
Hey @bobbyizqu, sorry to hear about this.
Could you please let me know what you mean that the file with the jpeg extension is not forwarded to your Dropbox? How exactly is the file shared with you in the first place?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

Hey @bobbyizqu, this is quite a strange issue.
Does this only happen with jpeg/jpg files? Or with other types of files as well?
Can you turn off the "email to Dropbox" feature and then turn it back on, to see if that helps?
