Sync Issues

Has anyone else had a problem with thier files syncing after the initial sync?  All of the files synced the first time I added them but any new files or updates will not sync.  I have been going back and forth with support and they want me to change my registry file.  I don't think I should have to do that for a program to work.  I'm hoping someone else who has had this issue has found a resolution.

If support are giving you a fix then, unfortunately, I feel that it is reasonable that this is done to try and sort it - especially as you are pretty lucky in even getting a reply!
