I use dropbox since years on 3 devices (PC, laptop and mobile app). I work mostly on my PC. Since a while (almost 6 months) synchronisation does not work properly. Mobile app does partially work (version from 6 months ago is there, new version is "in conflict"). On my laptop no synchronisation at all is going on.
On the dropbox website I have the same issue as on my mobile app (in conflict). What can I do to get it all synchronized again?
Have you made sure that the desktop app is running and syncing your changes normally @Starski?
Is it up to date in your taskbar or still syncing perhaps?

Hey @Starski, sorry to hear about your syncing issue.
Could you please let us know some additional information so that we can assist further?
For example, what is the exact OS of your devices and the version of the Dropbox app installed there?
Are you seeing the exact same files when you log into your account from a web browser from all devices?
Any additional information or screenshots will be more than welcome!

Hi Walter
thank you for your answer.
Today I updated document "Eigenheim Cost Split". I deleted the version fom 18.09. and renamed the other one (previously with conflict name). This update was done more than 2 hours ago.
Online the old strucutre is still not updated. The old file is not deleted and the renaming did not take place.
The mobile version shows the same data as the online version. So I guess the dropbox from my PC does not synchronize and upload.
Have you made sure that the desktop app is running and syncing your changes normally @Starski?
