I uploaded a new file to an existing folder. The other files in the folder allow me to create a share link, but the new one gives me this error: "Couldn't copy the link. You don't have permission to create a link to this content." I am the sole owner and user of this account. What's the problem, and why is there no way to contact support directly? Thank you if you can assist.
Update - I logged out and back in a few hours later, and was able to get the link. Who knows what happened - anyways, it's working now.
