Today almost all of our folders are gone.
In the activity log I can not find any deletion from our side but strange activity from "Dropbox Support" saying "Unshared File/Folder by Clearing Membership".
I can see the deleted folders from the admin panel but when I try to rewind them it says either the folder is empty or the folder can not be rewind because it has moved....?
Dropbox support, of course, is not available at all and I need the data, we can not work.
How can something like this happen and how do we get our data back?

We've had the same issue at my company. Ticket #19491302
The IT person is claiming that someone went on and clicked permanently delete which is totally bogus.
However from the admin console it looks like there are a whole bunch of 0 member folders
Some folders were saved because they had been manually shared with team members prior to creating the team folder
It seems like as others were saying that having Dropbox on a different drive than the OS (in our case an internal drive with a bit of a flakey connection) caused the top level team folder to be unshared with everyone including the admin.
Please help!
Also this is such a completely unacceptable issue. It is a bug with Dropbox. Don't blame this on users having Dropbox on not the OS drive. Many people have TB of files and aren't going to have all that space on their OS drive because many us a more expensive SSD for the OS to help things load faster.

Me and my team experience similar problem just now. The ticket number is #20369002.
All of our folders were deleted by "Dropbox". I checked the Activity, and it shows several activities of "Unshared file/folder by clearing membership".
would you please give us an advice?
