I have 2 accounts on Dropbox. Have been using it this way for at least 3-4 years. One is a basic account which has all my files (2tb) and a plus account that was connected to the basic. Yesterday they were delinked or something happened and now I cannot transfer my files from basic account to plus account because I cannot create share link in basic account. My basic account is saying 1.7 out of 2tb storage used but its a basic account. I am very confused and just want my files to be working again. Back to the way it was. My teams was also deleted.
Unfortunately support for linked accounts / free Teams has ended. Emails have been sent out about this over the past few months. The only way to have it working as it was is to pay for an upgrade on one account to a Business plan: https://help.dropbox.com/teams-admins/team-member/free-teams-overview

This is extremely frustrating. I never received these emails either.
