I started the Free Dropbox Professional Trial (for 14 days) on 12/31. To be safe I cancelled the subscription in order to test the Trial without autmatic renewal.
Today (2/1) I'm looking into my account and I wondered why I'm already back the the Dropbox Basic although I still should be able to use the Professional for ~12 days!?
Can you please help me?
I'm afraid once its cancelled it is cancelled.
Dropbox has done what you said - cancel the trial. This is said in the popups when doing so.
