Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
when i restore the folder in the delete file i get the message:
Because this folder is shared, other people might have made changes to it since it was removed from your account.
and I can't restore the folder or file with this message.
Help me! What do I need to do to be able to recover them?
I suggest you ask somebody to reinvite you to it 🙂

We were unable to restore those files.

i have contacted drobox support but have not received a response.
Can you restore via www.dropbox.com/events ?

Are you signed into your account when checking your events page?
Have you also checked your deleted files page?

Have you tried signing in to your account from this page?
If you're currently not signed in already, you should see an option to "sign in" at the top right corner.
If you're signed in and you're still getting an error message in your events page, please send us a screenshot, so we can look into this.
