I have some questions about the Family plan as I'm looking to upgrade.

I have some questions about the Family plan as I'm looking to upgrade.

Hi.
Looking to upgrade to Family plan:
1. Can I manage the space for each user?
2. Do I lose the space i have now in case of downgrade?
3. Can I change the billing name?
4. In the future, can I change to a larger space than 2TB?

For anybody in the family plan its counted once, but, it would count as normal to anybody who isnt

  1. Yes you can 
  2. No you will get it back (as long as its not a time limited promotion). In fact you'll keep it when you upgrade - you'll get 2TB plus your bonus space. 
  3. Yes at www.dropbox.com/account
  4. Not at present, 2TB is the maximum. .

Thank you.
Another question please, if I have a folder of 10GB and share it between the Family users, does it count as one time of 10GB or counts as many users that sharing this folder?

Hi @MoeHan, actually, regarding your first query, the Family manager can't manage the space for each user.

The 2 TB quota is shared among everyone, but can't be restricted for any user.
