to reply to Mark I meant to say I no longer use the old phone since 2014, but the app it self is still logged on even though I never used it anymore or maybe I may have clicked on something by accident that had something to do with dropbox from a work computer I may have been logged in

Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any account. Then, from this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the bottom of the page
