unauthorized payment I want my money back I don't use my old account and haven't since 2014
Its not unathorised if you've given them the details.
You need to contact support at www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help. You may need to do so when not logged in and then select the billing options

I have not used the dropbox account since 2017 i no longer need it.. could it be that I was still logged in the old app in the old phone that I use?
to reply to Mark I meant to say I no longer use the old phone since 2014, but the app it self is still logged on even though I never used it anymore or maybe I may have clicked on something by accident that had something to do with dropbox from a work computer I may have been logged in
