unauthorized payment I want my money back I don't use my old account and haven't since 2014

Its not unathorised if you've given them the details. 

 

You need to contact support at www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help. You may need to do so when not logged in and then select the billing options

I have not used the dropbox account since 2017 i no longer need it.. could it be that I was still logged in the old app in the old phone that I  use?

 to reply to Mark I meant to say I no longer use the old phone since 2014, but the app it self is still logged on even though I never used it anymore or maybe I may have clicked on something by accident that had something to do with dropbox from a work computer I may have been logged in

Hey @Della1; I'm sorry to jump in, but I just wanted to mention that we won't be able to help much with this here on our Community. 

For that reason, I'd recommend following @Mark's suggestion to contact our Support team for further assistance. 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any account. Then, from this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the bottom of the page

Please double check that you input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
