Hello,
I think it's a syncing issue.
Dropbox keeps asking me if I want to delete files that I don't want to delete.
The message window keeps popping up until everything on my dropbox syncs.
It's not asking for a specific file format: it applies to all, word, pdf, etc. Please let me know how to stop those popping windows.

Can you provide a screenshot of the message? Be sure to mask any private information if it appears in the screenshot.
Here is the snapshot. I don't know if there's a specific moment that the window pops up like that, but it started at around 2:30 pm (PST) today again.
I don't know how many, but many windows have popped like this. So, I click Cancel and Don't ask me this again.
That window means you, or some process, is trying to move files out of Dropbox. If you move them out of the Dropbox folder it'll sync that update to all other devices and delete it.
If you click on allow and dont show again it'll do it and go away 🙂

The issue is that I have not touched the files. It just happened randomly. Please advise.

Then something on your computer is trying to move the files out of your Dropbox folder. Dropbox can't do that on its own.
Instead I was trying to save a file to a folder that onedrive (which I stopped paying for and am trying to stop using) had a 'red x' on.
I clicked to have my file saved to that folder, and the dropbpox popup came.
I clicked 'cancel' on the pop up, it reappeared, and I clicked cancel again, but it deleted anyways...
