Dropbox not showing in Locations on iPadOS

Dropbox not showing in Locations on iPadOS

Hi,

I have tried all the trick written on other posts but still nothing, this has only disappeared recently. On my iPhone it is there under location when clicking the edit button. I have reinstalled both Files and Dropbox but still no luck.

Please assist.

Thanks

Hi @Cazman44, I hope you're well today!

Could you try these steps to see if that does the trick?

  1. Tap "Edit" within the Files app and toggle off Dropbox as a location.
  2. Reboot your device.
  3. Re-open the Files app and re-enable Dropbox as a location.

Let me know how it goes!

Dropbox doesn’t even appear in Files to do this.

Apologies, I must have misunderstood you were referring to another device @Cazman44!

Can you let me know which OS version your iPad is running?

Also, are you fully signed into the Dropbox app on that device?
