Hello! I bought an HP laptop today and during setup I was promised 100 GB of space on Dropbox. I did everything according to the instructions by HP on screen. However, nothing happened and I got no space. Guys from Dropbox, help me please! My account is [removed per the Community's Guidelines]

I have the same problem. I have successfully linked my new HP device to Dropbox! HP has emailed me saying I have been awarded 100 GB of bonus space for the next 12 months. At https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/space-storage/hp-promotion I have been told to follow the steps to redeem the space on my account. I cannot see these steps.

Thanks but it's no longer necessary. I never did find out how to solve the problem... but as I played around, I suddenly came across a section where I was told I had more than 100gb of storage. So I was happy!
