Errors from Salesforce Dropbox integration
I am getting the following errors from one of our Salesforce customers who is using the Dropbox Salesforce integration app. Any thoughts on what is going on here, and how this might be fixed?

Hey Coacto, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that we can only send you a ticket to the email address that's associated with your profile here, on our Community.
If you'd like to use another email address, you can try contacting our support team from your end.

Thanks for the response. The person that set up this user has since moved on, but their email address is still active, please go ahead and use the original email address for the ticket and we will change that at a later date.
