Hey all! 👋

 

Suddenly Google started blocking access for Dropbox

When trying to download a file from a Google Drive account or create Google Docs documents, an error appears (screenshots👇)!

Everything worked until today.

How to solve the problem?

Hi all,

 

The ability to import files directly from Google Drive is back and working as expected.

In Google settings account , access to Dropbox is provided (screenshot👇)

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or from a different browser entirely, to see if you get the same behavior?

Browser cache cleared (Google chrome, Edge). The mistake was repeated.

Did you perhaps install any new browser extensions that might be affecting this?

 

Do you have access to the Dropbox site as normal otherwise?

same issue here!

Normal access to Dropbox otherwise, only issue is accessing Google drive via the ellipsis.

Can you also try from a private browsing/incognito window and let me know what you see?
