Hi,
My account is stuck in Basic after a license redemption. Currently on https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan I see (license key hidden)
Key Redeemed Duration Status
xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx 11/28/2022 year Activated on 12/3/2022
I can't submit any support requests about this because all the billing and payment flows want credit card info or a credit card/paypal transaction ID to proceed and as a basic account I can't use the email support flows to make a free text issue.
Every day I am losing my paid-for functionality. If anyone here know how to put this in front of actual support people I would be very grateful.

I got same, I already paid "Plus" and got "Basic"...
