Hi
It'll be fine 🙂
What will happen is it may stop syncing for a bit (i.e. give error you are over quota) as you need that bit to happen before you can change card country. However, all files/data will stay!

Are you receiving any error messages when trying to re-upgrade your Dropbox account? If yes, feel free to upload a screenshot of what you see (just make sure your billing info is hidden).

Hi Nancy,
I'm not getting errors but no option to update billing info.
And when I go to pay, currency remains in USD but I'm in UAE hence why I'd like to change my billing country.
Thanks for your help.

Hi KdubW, thanks for clarifying!
Just to make sure I understand everything correctly: when you access our plan page, and try to upgrade from there, does it ask you to upgrade in USD?
Or do you use a different way to upgrade? Are you currently in UAE?
