Hello everyone,
In the last weeks, our company was bought and we have a new mother company. At the moment, we're still using the account of our old mother company.
We would like to create a new account to upload our data and give access to our workers with the email adress they're using with the current account (email adress will not change).
At the moment, I have a member access to the current account. How I can create a new account in which I would have administrator access with the same email adress ?
If I can do that, I would transfer the data, give the access to the workers and then delete the data from old mother company's account. Is that correct ?

I assume you are a Dropbox for Business customer here?
If so may I suggest that you speak to Dropbox sales and Support teams on Monday? The reason I say that is I suspect your plan will have financial implications for you which you may want to avoid (i.e. setting up new accounts will use new licences, and, will need everybody to have an additional email). I am not sure but there may be a way Dropbox support can just merge the two organisations up.

Hey @a-delfosse, it wouldn't be possible to have a second Dropbox Business account under the same email address as your first one.
But if you're interested in a team merge, like Mark mentioned, you can definitely contact our support team for further info and assistance.
