Dropbox keeps trying to charge me and I have the free option. How the heck can I get ahold of support? This is absolutely ridiculous

It's not fully charged because I don't keep money in my account but they have tried about 10 times

Is it possible that you joined a free Dropbox trial from the app on your phone at some point?
If so, can you follow these steps, to see if it's possible to cancel it?
