I have two plans, how can I access the Family plan?

I accidentally ended up with a Basic Plan and a Family Plan. I started with the Family plan, got confused, and established a Basic Plan. Now, I cannot access my Family plan or files in my Family plan account. I have instructions on how to add the Basic Plan files to my Family Plan but I cannot access my Family Plan.

Hi @red1946, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

If you have two separate plans, that could mean that you have two different Dropbox accounts under different emails. Do you have another email to see if that could have the Family account associated to it?

Could you login to your account to see what plan you have currently according to this page

This will help me to assist further!

I have two e-mails. My basic plan is under [Removed as per Community Guidelines] and my family plan is under [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

Thanks, have you tried sharing a folder to your Family plan account to transfer the files that way?

I can't get into my Family plan. When I go to dropbox.com it uses my Basic account.

Have you tried signing out from the site and logging into the Basic plan using these steps?
