I have upgraded my subscription but I keeps getting an error

Go into Settings in the Dropbox app on your Apple device and try to Restore Purchases.
So I had to change my payment info, so I updated it, and now I am also getting this error and It doesn't matter on what device I try to update it on: Laptop, iPhone or iPad.
Says unknown error and in red text it says (The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error 409)
Hey there @Jodelled & @don7percent - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you've been getting in order to have a visual too?
Also, have you made sure you're using the most up to date version of your device's OS and of our mobile app as well?
