Hello

I need to update my ccard information to restore my plan. However, there is no 'update' or 'edit' button/link next to the Payment Method on my Billing page. Does anyone know if / how I can talk with, or at least communicate with, a human to help address this issue?

Hi @MatthewK, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

As you mentioned you need to restore your plan, has your plan already downgraded, which is why you're not seeing this option to update your billing?

 

What is your current plan according to this page?
