Personal or Professional. Which one do I need?

Need some help deciding if I need a personal or professional subscription. I'm the webmaster of a condo association and we're in the process of changing platforms. The new organization needs all my files from the existing website so they can place them in the new platform. I know nothing about dropbox, so don't know which type of subscription I need where I can download all the files of the site and they can download those they need for the new platform.

The type of plan that you need, depends purely on your needs, and how much space your files are going to take-up in the account. 

Keep in mind that Professional is a personal plan, along with Basic, and Plus. If you're comparing Plus (with 2TB) and Professional (with 3TB), you can see the features each plan provides, here.
