Suspected fraudulent charge attempt
There has been a suspected fraudulent charge attempt on my credit card from Dropbox but I am unable to speak to anyone about this. I have the transaction ID but the lookup tool is not working for me....

They have just tried to charge my card under Dropbox*vrlty7d55rhf and Dropboxinc. I have also not signed up for subscription lately. Could this be looked at please?

Have you tried searching for the payment through our lookup tool?

- AlexandruC5 years agoNew member | Level 2Had the same experience and it was the same account: [Removed as per Community Guidelines]. My mobile banking app warned me on Sep 14th about my card being used for a trial Dropbox subscription. Within minutes the same card has been used for a couple of fraudulent payments to Mirosoft, probably by the same individual, so I blocked and then cancelled the card, as it was clearly compromised.
