Can't login to my account as my email is deleted
Hey~guys I can’t login to my Dropbox account since my email account already deleted then how should I receive a verification code?

Hi Mr / Ms,
I have a similar issue that my university email address has been deleted, so I can no long access to it and I don't have any devices connected. Would it be possible to help me add a new device to my Dropbox account so that I can get the 6-digit code in order to log into my Dropbox account? If you need, I can provide the proof of my yearly payment for Dropbox to verify I am the owner of my Dropbox account. Really appreciate your help! Looking forward to hearing from you soon! HI Sunflower17769, you can contact the team regarding billing by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
meredith616, for account access issues, contact the team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. From there you should be able to contact support, using an email you can access.
