Can't login to my account as my email is deleted
Hey~guys I can’t login to my Dropbox account since my email account already deleted then how should I receive a verification code?

2 years agoHI Sunflower17769, you can contact the team regarding billing by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
meredith616, for account access issues, contact the team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. From there you should be able to contact support, using an email you can access.

Hi Jay, thank you so much for your reply! I was on a business trip last week and unfortunately missed the email from Dropbox Support and my request has been closed. Would you please kindly share a new link for me to submit my issue? Thank you so much in advance!

If you open your previous ticket, do you see any option to reply back and re-open it perhaps? If yes, then you should automatically receive a new ticket number, that you can forward to us.
