Can't login
Ive been using my free Dropbox account since years, both on my laptop and my mobile phone. After a Windows update I suddenly can't access my Dropbox account on my laptop, using the same login credent...

2 years agoHi JA35, I understand how frustrating this is, and I'm here in order for us to find a solution.
However, let me clarify something: you mentioned that the account you need to access is already connected to your mobile, right?
I'm simply asking, because you later said that the email address doesn't exist, so I'm trying to be on the same page as you.
Can you access the email address? If so, feel free to try adding "no-reply@dropbox.com" to your email's contacts or address book and repeat these steps to reset your password.

Hello,
Yes i have it on my phone the right account.
But the steps you show me, doesnt work, and try that for many times thats why i make another account for help.
So thank you for youre help but did does not work, sorry 😉
I wait for a friend and maybe he understand this 😉

I have ask that also 2 times.
If i can someone from the staff send a personal email and give them my real emailadress and that
that person can send my a email with changes password in it, maybe that it wordks and i can see
of i maybe can get my account back 😉
But nobody respone on that.
