Hey YounesB - sorry to jump in here, but since you've already reached out to our support team about this, could you share your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system?

Hi Walter, thank you for clarifying. Just wanted to make sure that my account wasn't hacked.

Can you please verify? Thank you

You can verify this yourself on your Security page. You can see a list of all connected devices and active web sessions with access to your account. If you're concerned over the possibility that someone could gain access to your account, I'd recommend changing your password, activating two-step verification, and clearing all devices and web sessions. Any device you have would need to reconnect to your account.

Hi Rich I already went through the security protocol check yesterday.

Anything else that could be done?

    Thank you

Is there a reason you believe your account has been compromised or is this just for peace of mind? If you believe it's been compromised I'd suggest contacting Support directly. If you're just asking to be safe, you've done all that can be done.
