Re: Not receiving 6 digit verification code
I'm not recieving 6 digit verification code.
I have done all the things, that has been recommended in forum, still nothing.
Also I hit button reset password, and also no email.

Hi Sirli, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify what steps you've already taken? Have you added no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and checked your spam folder?
Have you contacted your email service provider to see if they could be restricting emails from the following Dropbox domains?
This will help me to assist further!

Hello Jay,
All steps have been done, no-reply@drop... has been added to contacts. Spam is empty. suupport told that there are no restrictions.My email was deleted and now our support restored my email.
My friend got immediately 6 digit verification code.

For everyone else having the same issue, can you please clarify if you’ve checked your spam folders and added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, before resending the one-time code?

I managed to log in into dropbox support forum with my right email aadress that has problems recieving 6 digit verification code.
Please try to send me an email.All other emails are coming in nicely, except dropbox emails.

Just to make sure we're on the same page: do you have access to the email address linked to your Dropbox account?
If so, then have you added no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list, in order to ensure that email goes through?

- Saxa4212 years agoExplorer | Level 3does not send a six-digit password to access an account registered via @mail.ru. I had an account before and access via recovery, but when I try to send the code, no email messages are received

If I were you, I'd also check the spam/junk folder in my inbox to see if there is any sign of the email there.

- Saxa4212 years agoExplorer | Level 3No. no-reply@dropbox.com was not linked to contacts. There are no messages in inboxes, spam or trash either.
The mail to which the account is linked is ....ov@mail.ru (it does not receive messages from dropbox at all. I also created an account with ...@gmail.ru and all messages, password verification goes well.
but the problem is that everything is on ...@mail.ru, but I can’t log in because the messages don’t arrive.

Hi Saxa421, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
