Hi!
I have issues with notifications, I don't understand why dropbox doesn't show me notifications of comments.
It doesn't show me on the app and on the website. I think is a bug, someone can help me?

Make sure you have comment notifications enabled on your Notifications page.
Comments notification are enabled. I have this issue with only one collaborator
Hey @alessiacosio, can you let us know where you're having this issue?
Is it on Dropbox Paper, or on a shared file?
Also, are you referring to notifications on the website, or on the Dropbox icon on your computer?
And are you receiving comment notifications from other people, just not from this particular person?

I have this problem with a specific people with comments on photos. There is no notification anywhere, web or app.
I tried on shared folder and I don't see notifications, but on public folders like "photos" one it works. Can you tell me why?
Hey @alessiacosio, if they visit the shared content that you're working together on the website, can they see the comment they created there?
Are you the owner of the shared folder? If so, have you tried removing the member, then adding them back?
Also, when you say 'public photos' can you let me know more? Are you referring to individually shared files, by any chance?

Hey @alessiacosio, can you try to follow the folder or files, using these steps? Let's see if that's going to make any difference.
What about your app's notifications? Have you made sure they're enabled?

I tried to follow the folder but the button is disabled.
Notifications are enabled because I receive other ones.
